I'm not a YouTuber and never will be. Nevertheless, this video provides great insight into the type of person Mr. Beast is and how is mind works. He's relentless, striving for improvement every day.

Takeaways

Get the knowledge - Yes, oftentimes there's no substitute for good practice, but a lot of the time you're being hamstrung by gaps in your knowledge. Mr Beasts confidence that he could do it again starting from scratch is inspiring. Read and study others. Be learning every day.

Iterate, often - "Make 100 videos and make each one better than the last." Constantly be improving on who you were the day before. We've all heard the saying that getting 1% better every day leaves you 27x better at the end of a year. The difficulty is, how to get 1% better? On what? Mr Beast made this idea tangible by focusing on a different aspect of his videos with each iteration - find a way to apply it to your own life.

Be relentless - The notion of work/life balance, at least when starting out, will have to be put to the side. To be the best and compete with the best, you have to be obsessed and devote a part of your life to the game.
